Due to the custom nature of our memorial items, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and approved.

If there is an error on our part (incorrect design, damage during production), we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before production begins.
