How do I place a custom order?
Click “Start Your Custom Order” on the home page and complete the form with your details, photos, and design information.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are custom made. Please allow 5–7 business days after final design approval for production, plus shipping time.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on availability. Please contact us before placing your order.
Can I see my design before it is made?
Yes, design proofs are available upon request. Production will not begin until approval is received.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes must be made before final approval. Once your design is approved, no further changes can be made.
What if my photo is blurry or low quality?
Please submit the highest quality photo possible. We are not responsible for poor image quality provided by the customer.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. All custom items are final sale. Please review your design carefully before approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Do you offer payment plans?
Orders over $100 may qualify for a 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipping.
Do you ship or offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer shipping and local pickup options. Details will be provided during the ordering process.
